| Mission |
ITLAF was founded by Mrs. E. Faye Miggins in 2006 after revelatory inspiration and
leading of The Most High God. Compelled to gather young women for a time of
EMPOWERMENT, workshops are strategically designed to address: social, economic
and spiritual needs. In January of 2008, almost six months after the incorporation of
ITLAF on July 15, 2007, the IRS ruled in its favor granting them 501 (c)(3) status. ITLAF is
currently governed by five (5) Board of Directors .

 | ITLAF will provide a social safety net and educational support to young adults | |
| globally affording them with opportunities to achieve future aspirations: spiritually, socially and economically on a sustained basis without fear, favor or any cost through a holistic approach. |
| ITLAF will provide scholarships and help to secure funding to those who are | |
| qualified to pursue higher education and finish high school and/or college. |
| ITLAF will build and establish national and international "Houses of Love" i.e. | |
| shelters for the homeless, orphanages for the fatherless, and senior citizen homes to care for and nurture the needy on a continual basis. |
| ITLAF will develop programs to establish a food pantry for the impoverished i.e. | |
| needy, poor and hungry populations. |
| ITLAF will facilitate computer training courses to embrace people around the | |
| world of all backgrounds and ethnicities to assist and enable them to obtain gainful employment. |
